Penthouse MK is an inside design challenge the place our principal design premise was to reinforce the sense of spaciousness. The constructing that’s house to the penthouse boasts a clear façade that impressed to take greatest benefit of the spectacular views over western Mexico Metropolis, and the sunsets.
To realize this we resorted to a really clear, light-weight geometry, utilizing rectangular prisms to delimit the areas with out obstructing the visible communication between them. These architectural parts that distribute the areas additionally serve different particular features relying on their location, and make sense of how the house is used.
The private and non-private areas are circumscribed by their two ranges. The decrease flooring comprises the kitchen, eating room, foyer, reception, and lounge. The latter is positioned in a double-peak house that through the day is of course illuminated by a full-peak proper-angled window that frames the entire house, filling it with mild. The higher flooring incorporates three bedrooms and a TV room.
The sculptural staircase that hyperlinks the 2 flooring “levitates” over a water pool, which is complemented by a moist wall that produces a delicate sound, and transmits a contemporary vitality.
The number of supplies was outlined by the objective of attaining a clear, uniform final result, utilizing wooden with wealthy oak tones, ivory-white stone, and black ironwork.
At night time, town lights fill the area with life and complement the lighting design, which defines the character of the penthouse.
