This 77sqm property in Vila Madalena, Sao Paulo, was redesigned to satisfy the wants of a younger couple with out youngsters, who needed a extra snug bed room and a bigger social space.
Initially the house had two bedrooms. The partitions of the smaller one have been demolished to supply more room for the suite and a versatile social space, which integrates dwelling, eating room and a small house workplace.
