The Amsterdam constructing is positioned within the Colonia Condesa which has met since its inception within the early 30s 20s notable examples of Artwork Deco structure.
This condominium constructing seeks to combine with modern language to the context. Concrete obvious in its facade integrates colour vary of Artwork Deco buildings within the space.
Its peak is in line with the structure of the world and its terraces resemble the terraces proposed by the buildings of the early century. On the terraces few planters had been proposed which over time combine the constructing with the character of its surroundings.
The formal proposal of constructing “L” allowed the situation of some departments on the rear of the property overlooking Amsterdam.
The undertaking is a part of the heritage conservation to protect the architectural heritage of current façade of the unique home giving life in that area to a Ice-cream retailer Nomad which is a part of the connoisseur life within the space.
