The design of those two multi-storey properties respects the size of the adjoining residential centre.
Each buildings are in a position to optimally combine within the panorama on account of their underground storage and the planting of dune grasses. The buildings every encompass two fl oors plus an attic fl oor. Every fl oor homes a 3-bed room condominium or duplex. A uniform design was adopted for the façade and the roof to realize a hanging and distinctive architectural fashion.
The popular selection was white aluminium, as a recent utility and interpretation of the white coastal structure. The shell was constructed utilizing a white aluminium standing seam system, which is right to be used on the wall in addition to the roof.
As a result of its scale, purity and ease when it comes to quantity, façade composition, particulars and use of supplies, the buildings mix effortlessly into their environment. The open area is planted with dune grasses, by means of which a path meanders to the doorway and terraces of the bottom fl oor residences.
