The challenge prioritized the restoration and preservation of the unique parts on this typical condominium paulistano of the 40’s. The home windows had been retained and restored, the stripped partitions reveal the unique constructing system. The concrete, unique brickwork, hardwood ground in addtion to the ornament objects and furnishings, promote city and industrial ambiance. Some partitions had been eliminated to broaden the interior areas.
